Clara's newest artifact, a small ruby known as "le c?ur de l'amant", is causing her no small amount of frustration. She returns to her office with a plate of cookies and what she believes may be the missing piece of information, only to discover the mystery eludes her still.

Ready to throw in the towel for the night, Clara notices a book of the courtesan's memoirs sitting on the edge of her desk. Unable to decode the secrets of "The Lover's Heart", she instead decides to unwind with the book by the fireplace until sleep takes her. However, the courstesan's tale turn out to be quite erotic, and Clara finds herself incredibly aroused. Eventually, the eroticism completely Clara, and she begins touching herself. only to find she's been transported to a time and place she could have never imagined.
